Black Bean Salsa

This is Chef Todd, he makes a mean Black Bean Salsa!  It is yummy stuff!!

Ingredients



 Instructions

¼
cups THRIVE™ Green Chili Peppers (FD)
1. Place the dry chilies, red and green peppers, onions, and corn in a bowl and pour just enough warm water over them to barely cover them. Let sit for 5 minutes, stirring twice during process. Drain extra water and add back into salsa if not more than ½ cup.

2. Mix all ingredients together and add the tomato dices last, folding in lightly to reconstitute. Let salsa sit for a couple hours before serving.

Serving Ideas: Serve as a dip, topping to chicken or fish, or as a side salad.

limes, juiced

tbsp. seasoning salt

salt & pepper to taste

tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

tbsp. rice wine vinegar

cup THRIVE™ Tomato Dices (FD)
